Our Story, Mission & People

Haw Nan Services Co., Ltd. has been supported manpower solutions since 2006. In January 2011, we obtained a manpower license from the Ministry of Labor as an overseas sending organization. Haw Nan Overseas Employment Agency was established to ensure professional recruitment together with training.

In 2013, we obtained a domestic human resource dispatch license and started to introduce local employments. We supplied skilled and semi-skilled staffs across industries in Myanmar. In March 2014, we opened Haw Nan Foreign Language Training Center, offering foreign language education (particularly Japanese) and vocational training, such as cleaning and soldering electronic components.

From 2014, we started sending technical intern trainees to Japan. From 2014 to May 2025, we have sent approximately 1,512 trainees and specified skilled workers, where 226 trainees return home country after completation . Our trainees work in diverse sectors, including food manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, electronic equipments assembling & manufacturing, agriculture, construction, nursing care, hospitality, and building hygiene management.
